Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled and 1 greek yogurt
Lunch: Salmon with cucumber salad
Dinner: I think grilled chicken and green beans

 

The rapid weight loss is very encouraging. I miss wine but hopefully I can bring that back in soon.
