day 23

breakfast this morning was difficult. I sort of missed the “eat within 1 hour” deadline. But I did eat breakfast, just a little late. Quiche muffins and cottage cheese… couple cups of coffee.

 

Lunch was pretty basic, chicken, kidney beans and veggies.

 

 

Dinner was a henry’s salad and then I had a snack about 2 hours later after my first class and had a myoplex shake. This time I used the powder kind and mixed it myself between classes.

 

 

I ran today also (3 miles), and am working on my third bottle of water. I was down a lb this morning “YAY!”, hoping I can keep up that trend all week.
