Day 20 ( I think)

I’ve been on vacation so the diet has been iffy. I tried my best, I did I swear. I even found vegan cheese in Beckley, WV to make the quiche muffins.

 

Mostly I just had Myoplex shakes for breakfast, and a few times I made chicken with beans and veggies. I definitely drank more than my allotted 2 glasses of wine per night.

 

I’m a little afraid to get back on the scale but I know that from here on out I can be good.

 

Tomorrow I have KK during the day and dinner plans with W&J at night. W agreed to go to Outback so tomorrow I will just have veggies and steak. yay! As for KK, we’re going to Build-a-bear and there is a CPK across the aisle, and they have a killer cobb salad. I will just get it without the cheese. oh well.

 

Just having glass no. 1 of wine. I had quiche muffins for breakfast. Chipotle for lunch, and am having protein shake for dinner. I think I may nibble on some kidney beans if I get munchy later.

 

On the plus side, I was without car for most of the day, and so I rode my bike to the fabric store. Google maps says that is 3 miles each way so I rode 6 miles today, or about 45 minutes of biking (partially in the rain). So I did get SOME exercise today :) .
