day 7

Breakfast of champions

 

 

Damn, one of these days I will remember to take a picture of the Ranchero Salad from Henrys. But its iceberg lettuce, chicken, tomato, some avocado – and I get a side of pino beans. Don’t forget to ask for it without dressing and without cheese.

 

still no ore pounds lost which is just frustrating. maybe tomorrow.

 

the usual dinner, but today I added chopped salami to the mix to give it a little more flavor. I think that’s ok.

 

 

I ran today. I’m still not sure if that really even helps with the diet, but better safe than pudgy. We have a race tomorrow (10-k). that should be just the right thing for cheat day. I also have capstone editing to do tomorrow so my day will be filled with wine and candy. I’m thinking – breakfast burrito for breakfast after the race. wine and candy during the day, with some popcorn thrown in for good measure. And then sushi for dinner. YUM!
