day 6

OH I can’t wait for cheat day.

 

Breakfast: quiche muffins & cottage cheese – 2 cups of coffee

 

Lunch: Chopped Salad with Wine Cured Salami, Sundried Tomato,
Avocado and Red Wine Vinaigrette with roasted chicken

 

Dinner: my new favorite meal, chipotle salad. no more poundage lost today so I decided the guacamole didn’t do any harm

 

Wine: 2 glasses of red
