down the rabbit hole

Well it turns out that this is a 3-day project, not 2. I am not more or less exhausted than yesterday, but I do have to go to work tomorrow which makes me feeeeeel more tired today.  I did not get nearly as much done as I would have liked, which has a lot to do with oversleeping this morning an not getting up until 12 this morning.  That is so unlike me, I am normally up by 9:30 for sure on the weekends. Yesterday must have really worn me out.  Again, manual labor is bad and not for me at all.

1. Coffee
2. More Coffee and a breakfast burrito
3. Trip # 1 to Home Depot
4. Trip 1.5 to Home Depot b/c I realized after settling into the parking lot that I had forgotten my wallet.
5. Wander the aisles at Home Depot for 45 minutes
6. Draw and cut holes in the wall
7. Ask Ryan to drill holes in the joists for me
8. String wires through holes Ryan just drilled
9. Hook up the lights
10. Test lights
11. Dance around the kitchen
12. Spackle miscellaneous holes and wait for Ryan to get back from Home Depot trip #3
13. Push in can lights and add lights
14. start drinking heavily and making dinner

Ok it is definitely bed time now, the wine and Advil are kicking in.
